HOW'D YOU GET INTO COOKING FOR THE BEER WORLD?
I used to help my aunt and uncle with their homebrews, long before I was legally able to drink them. I got to learn from them early on that beer can be a lot more diverse and complex than the ubiquitous light beers of my early college days. WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE THING TO DO IN YOUR OFF TIME?
Anything outdoors. My wife and I love getting out to hike, camp, and ski. And if I’m not playing outside, I’m usually at home with a guitar or filing through our record collection.
