Impact of Abortion Bans

June 24th marks the 4th anniversary of the fall of Roe v. Wade (1973). Although Montana has secured constitutional legal protections for abortion care up to so-called viability, we still have a gestational abortion ban that means that some people must leave Montana to access the abortion care they need.

Montanans for Choice Take Action works to advance gender equality, sexual freedom, and reproductive rights through education, community organizing, and advocacy.
