WHAT'S YOUR HISTORY IN THE BREWING INDUSTRY?

I started homebrewing in the early 90s. I attended Siebel Institute in Chicago in 1996, and my first professional job was as an assistant brewer at a small brewpub in Everett, Washington. 

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT BREWING BEER?

That so many people like to drink it, and they all have a different idea about what a good beer is. It allows us to be very creative.

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE THING TO DO IN YOUR OFF TIME?

Spend time with my lovely wife, children and black lab. You can usally find me skiing, hunting, fishing and foraging for mushrooms.
