This NEIPA is tropical, juicy, and all around delicious.  Strong notes of pineapple and stone fruits abound, thanks to the Azacca & Mosiac hops.  This style of beer utilzes heavy dry hopping and less kettle hopping, so the bitterness is subtle, but the rich and juicy hop flavors and aromas come through nicely.  STrange cattle crossing here!
